Westbourne Place Accommodations
There are two types of accommodations:
Studio or Bachelor suites
Rent for $450/month. These are rooms with a common living, dining, and sleeping area but a separate kitchen. It also has a good size storage room in the suite.
1 Bedroom Suites
Rent for $550/per month. These are rooms with a common living and dining area but a separate bedroom. It also has a good size storage room in the suite.
All Suites are equipped with:
- modern appliances (refrigerator and stove)
- wall-to-wall carpeting and linoleum
- window coverings
- large storage room
- many with private balcony or patio
Rent includes:
- All utilities (except for phone, internet and cable TV)
- A Tenant Insurance Package, which covers personal belongings
- A Liability Insurance Package
- One parking stall with plug in (on a 1st come – as available basis)
